What is tonesStutterToneDuration?
This unsigned value (0-60,000 milliseconds) specifies how long a confirmation/stutter tone plays before normal dial tone. Administrators set this to provide auditory feedback that the system recognized a user action. Example: 500 ms delivers a brief beep confirming the button press.
