What is telProfileDisconnectOnBusyTone?
This setting instructs the gateway to automatically terminate the call when it detects a busy signal (busy tone) from the telephone line. Engineers enable this for FXO trunks where the remote switch signals rejection via busy tone rather than explicit signaling. Setting this to true ensures failed calls disconnect automatically instead of remaining connected with persistent busy tone.
