What is tel2IPRoutingRowStatus?
This RowStatus field (read-create) controls the lifecycle of a telephone-to-IP routing table entry—values like active, notInService, or createAndWait manage whether the rule is enabled. Operators use this to dynamically add, modify, or disable routing rules without restarting the gateway. For example, setting it to notInService temporarily disables a routing destination for maintenance without deleting the configuration.
