What is supServicesEnableMOH?
This OID controls whether the gateway plays music on hold instead of a held tone when a call is put on hold on the PSTN side. A network engineer enables this to improve caller experience during transfers or while waiting. A typical value is 1 (enabled) or 0 (disabled).
