What is streamingStopRecordingOnNoSpeachTimeout?
This integer timeout (in milliseconds, -1 to 10,000,000) stops recording when no speech is detected for the specified duration. Engineers tune it to auto-terminate idle recordings and save storage. A value of 3000 stops recording after 3 seconds of silence.
