What is streamingMonitorID?
This string (0–15 characters) identifies a Calea (lawful intercept) call monitoring session resource in SIP. Engineers configure it to route flagged calls to authorized monitoring endpoints. For example, "monitor-case-42" tags calls for intercept to case 42's monitoring session.
