What is srcIP2TELPrefixToAdd?

A string prefix (up to 49 characters) prepended to the source number after digit stripping during IP-to-TDM number translation. This allows gateways to add country codes, area codes, or custom routing prefixes to normalized caller IDs. For instance, adding prefix '+1' to number '5551234567' yields '+15551234567', making the number globally diallable.
