What is srcIP2TELNumOfStrippedDigits?

Specifies how many digits to remove from the left side of a source telephone number when mapping IP-to-TDM calls (0–211 digits). Network engineers configure this to normalize caller IDs by stripping area codes or country prefixes during call translation. For example, setting this to 1 removes the leading digit from a phone number like '15551234567' to produce '5551234567'.
