What is sipRegistrationIsNeeded?
This boolean flag indicates whether the gateway must register with a SIP registrar/proxy to accept inbound calls. Set to true if the proxy requires registration; false if it accepts calls from the gateway without prior registration. Typical phone gateways require this.
