What is sipProxyIPListRefreshTime?
This unsigned integer specifies the interval in seconds between proxy list refreshes via DNS queries (range 5–2,000,000). Shorter intervals (e.g., 300 seconds) detect proxy changes faster; longer intervals reduce DNS traffic. A value of 600 refreshes the proxy list every 10 minutes, balancing responsiveness and load.
