What is sipMiscUseAORInReferToHeader?
This setting determines whether Refer-To headers in call-transfer requests use the address-of-record (AOR) from To/From headers or the endpoint's Contact header. Administrators enable this for proper forwarding when the endpoint's contact URI differs from its registered address. A value of 1 uses AOR; 0 uses Contact.
