What is sipMiscIsUserPhoneInFrom?
This OID is a flag (enabled/disabled) that appends 'User=Phone' specifically to the From header of SIP requests. Engineers enable this for PBX and gateway compatibility when the From header must explicitly mark the sender as a phone user. This refines caller identity presentation independent of the Request-URI.
