What is sipMiscIsUserPhone?
This OID is a flag (enabled/disabled) that appends the 'User=Phone' parameter to SIP request URIs, marking the gateway as a phone entity. Engineers enable this for interop with PBXs and gateways expecting the phone parameter, improving routing accuracy. When enabled, the gateway sends 'sip:5551234567@registrar;user=phone' instead of just 'sip:5551234567@registrar'.
