What is sipMiscEnableTCPConnectionReuse?
This OID enables reuse of TCP connections across multiple SIP transactions instead of creating new connections per request. Network administrators enable this to reduce connection overhead and improve throughput in high-volume gateways. When active, subsequent SIP messages reuse the same TCP socket, lowering latency and CPU usage.
