What is sipMiscEnablePChargingVector?
This controls whether the gateway generates the P-Charging-Vector header in SIP requests for billing and charging purposes. Network operators use this to enable carrier billing systems to track call costs and route charges to appropriate accounts. A value of 1 enables the header; 0 disables it.
