What is sipDTMFISDNOverlapIPtoTelDialing?
This OID enables overlap dialing when routing from IP to ISDN (telephone) networks, allowing progressive digit transmission. Operators enable this to support ISDN overlapped sending, where digits arrive asynchronously rather than all at once. Setting it to enabled (1) activates progressive digit transmission toward ISDN circuits.
