What is sbcRoutingRowStatus?
This RFC 2579 RowStatus field controls the lifecycle of a routing table entry. Engineers set this to 'active' to enable a rule, 'notInService' to disable it, or 'destroy' to delete it. A value of 'active' means the routing rule is currently active and processing traffic.
