What is resourceManagementOverloadSensitivityLevel?
This OID selects how aggressively the gateway triggers overload protection: 0 (never), 1 (very high utilization), or 2 (medium utilization). Choosing level 1 means the gateway tolerates higher CPU/memory before rejecting calls, while level 2 is more conservative and triggers earlier. An operator might set level 2 on an understaffed gateway to maintain call quality by refusing traffic sooner.
