What is progressIndicatorToISDNValue?
This OID overrides the progress indicator value sent in ISDN ALERT, PROGRESS, and PROCEEDING messages. Network engineers use it to signal call state changes (like in-band audio available or bearer changed) to remote ISDN endpoints. A typical override is value 3, indicating in-band information is now available.
