What is pIForDisconnectMsgValue?
This Integer32 field allows overriding the progress indicator value in ISDN Disconnect messages (-1 disables override, 0–8 specify indicator codes). Engineers use it to signal disconnection reasons like user busy, network busy, or bearer change. A value of 1 indicates the remote user initiated the disconnect.
