What is miscEnableSemiAttendedTransfer?
This parameter enables or disables semi-attended call transfer capability, allowing calls to be transferred after brief consultation. Network administrators configure this based on business call handling policies and VoIP platform support. Setting to 1 (enabled) allows consultation transfers.
