What is miscEnableNetworkISDNTransfer?
When set to 0, this OID rejects ISDN call transfer requests; set to 1 allows them. Network operators enable this on gateways that support ISDN circuits and want to permit call transfers. Setting to 0 blocks ISDN transfers for security.
