This OID enables a security filter that blocks outbound IP calls if the destination number is not explicitly listed in the routing table. Engineers use it to prevent unauthorized calls and enforce tight dial-plan policies when a gatekeeper or proxy is active. Enabled filters reject unlisted numbers; disabled allows any number.
