What is manipulationAddPhoneContextAsPrefix?
This read-write integer controls whether the phone context identifier is prepended to source and destination phone numbers. Administrators enable it in multi-tenant or multi-domain VoIP environments to preserve routing context. Value 1 adds the context; 0 omits it.
