What is keypadFeaturesCLIR?
Specifies the keying sequence users dial to activate Calling Line ID Restriction on outgoing calls. Administrators configure this so callers can hide their caller ID per-call. Example: dialing '*67' before the destination blocks caller ID display to the recipient.
