What is iPProfileIsFaxUsed?
This boolean OID enables H.323 Annex D real-time fax relay, which uses special signaling to negotiate and enforce T.38 during fax detection. When enabled, inband DTMF must be disabled (via FaxTransportMode = 1) to avoid conflicts between DTMF and fax tones. Operators enable this on trunk profiles that carry both voice and fax to ensure faxes complete reliably without tone interference.
