What is iP2TelRoutingRowStatus?
This RowStatus field (read-create) manages the lifecycle of an IP-to-telephone routing table entry—active, notInService, or createAndWait states control whether the rule is applied. Operators use this to dynamically enable or disable IP-to-phone routes without losing configuration. For example, setting it to createAndGo adds a new IP-to-phone rule and immediately activates it in a single SNMP set.
