What is h323PortsH323BasePort?
This unsigned integer defines the starting port number for the gateway's H.225 and H.245 control connections. H.245 control channels use ports in the range starting from this base port. Setting it to 11000 reserves ports 11000-11999 for H.323 media negotiation connections.
