What is h323MiscProgressBehavior?
This OID determines how Progress messages are handled during call interworking (0 for Alert, 1 for Progress) as an integer. Different modes affect when early media (ringing/announcements) reaches the caller versus when progress is signaled. Example: setting it to 0 sends Progress as Alert, appropriate for PBX systems expecting traditional ringing.
