What is h323DTMFHookFlashOption?
This INTEGER OID selects the method for detecting and transmitting hook-flash (call-waiting pause) signals in H.323 calls. Hook-flash is used to switch between active calls in call waiting scenarios. Setting this to in-band detects pause signals from the audio stream rather than out-of-band signaling.
