What is gkRAILoopTime?
This unsigned integer (1-200 seconds) specifies how frequently the gateway checks its call capacity and sends resource availability updates. It controls the monitoring interval for resource status reporting to the gatekeeper. A value of 60 means capacity checks and RAI messages occur every 60 seconds.
