What is fxsCutThrough?
An integer toggle enabling "cut-through" mode, which connects calls immediately without requiring standard on-hook/off-hook signaling sequences. Operators use this to accelerate call setup and reduce setup latency on FXS endpoints. Value 1 enables cut-through (faster but skips hook detection); 0 requires normal hook sequences.
