What is fastStartIsFSMediaInfoSendOnConnect?
This read-write integer determines whether Fast Start media information is sent in the Connect message or deferred to Alert. Sending at Connect (1) accelerates media flow; deferring to Alert (0) follows stricter H.323 ordering. The choice affects call setup latency and interoperability.
