What is dstTEL2IPNumOfStrippedDigits?

This integer (0–211) specifies how many digits to remove from the left side of a matched telephone number before sending it to IP. Administrators use it to normalize international dialing codes or internal extensions into the IP network's expected format. A value of 3 removes the first three digits, so '1613555' becomes '555.'
