What is dstTEL2IPNumOfDigitsToRemFromRight?

This integer (0–211) removes a specified number of digits from the right side of a telephone number during translation. Network engineers use it to strip trailing digits like extensions or suffixes that don't translate to the IP domain. A value of 2 drops the last two digits, so '5551234xx' becomes '55512.'
