What is conferenceBipOnConference?
This integer flag enables or disables an audible beep whenever a new participant joins an active conference call. Operators toggle it to control notification behavior—disabling in quiet environments or enabling in high-activity scenarios. A value of 1 (enabled) plays a tone; 0 (disabled) silences notifications.
