2 modules from Ekinops

Ekinops makes the 360 modular optical transport/DWDM chassis, and its three modules here form one coherent management stack for it: EKINOPS-MIB is just the enterprise OID root, EKINOPS-MGNT2-MIB configures which NMS managers receive traps and at what alarm severity, and EKINOPS-MGNT2-NMS-MIB carries the actual live active-alarm table - board number, port, probable cause, and severity for each fault. Recurring subject matter is telecom-style fault management on optical transport hardware: an NMS polling this platform is chiefly watching for card- or port-level alarms (loss of signal, transmission faults) surfaced through the active-alarm table rather than raw performance counters. If you manage an Ekinops 360 chassis, start with EKINOPS-MGNT2-NMS-MIB's active-alarm table to pinpoint which board and port raised a fault, then check EKINOPS-MGNT2-MIB to confirm your NMS is actually registered to receive traps for that alarm's severity.
