Description: This object is instantiated only for a VCL which terminates a VCC (i.e., one which is NOT cross-connected to other VCLs). Its value specifies the desired administrative state of the CID.
Valid values are up and down. The default is down.
What is aal2CidAdminStatus?
Sets the administrative up/down state you want for this individual AAL2 channel (CID); it defaults to down, so a channel typically needs to be explicitly administered up before it can pass traffic.
