What is zhoneVaIfFXSTipGround?
Indicates whether this FXS port is currently detecting a tip-ground signal from the connected equipment; this object is only meaningful when zhoneVaIfFXSCfgSignalType is set to fxsGroundStart. An admin reading true here, in ground-start mode, sees that the connected PBX is actively answering or seizing the line.
