Indicates whether this FXS port is currently presenting a ring-ground signal to the connected equipment; this object is only meaningful when zhoneVaIfFXSCfgSignalType is set to fxsGroundStart. An admin reading true here, in ground-start mode, confirms the port is correctly signaling call origination to the connected PBX.
