What is zhoneVaIfEMTimingMaxDelayDuration?

Sets the maximum time, in milliseconds (100-5000, default 2000), this E&M interface waits after seizing the line before out-dialing; if the far end hasn't allowed digit sending within this window, a reorder tone is sent to the calling party. An admin lowers this to fail calls faster toward a busy or unresponsive tie-trunk path, or raises it for a consistently slow-responding far end.
