What is zhonePtpConfigAnnounceInterval?

This read-create Integer32 (-128 to 127), defaulting to 1, sets the log2 interval in seconds at which this clock sends PTP Announce messages. An admin adjusts this to control how often the clock advertises its properties for the best-master-clock selection algorithm. For example, a value of 1 corresponds to Announce messages roughly every 2 seconds.
