What is zxr10IccpRgAppState?

zxr10IccpRgAppState indicates the status of a specific application's connection within this redundancy group, per its description, using the same nonconnect, connectingsent, connectingrec, and connected values as the peer-level state, defaulting to nonconnect. An admin checks this per-application state, indexed by zxr10IccpRgAppStateAppType such as pw, lacp, msp, mcportgroup, mcpwgroup, arp, or mac, to pinpoint which specific coordinated application has failed to synchronize even if the overall peer connection is up. For example, zxr10IccpRgPeerState showing connected while a specific row's zxr10IccpRgAppState for appType lacp(2) still shows nonconnect(1) would tell an admin that mLACP synchronization specifically has not come up, even though the underlying ICCP peer session is fine.
