What is zxr10ACLUsrDefRuleIpFlag?
Selects which kind of packet segment the rule inspects, such as ip4-hdr-only(1), ip6-hdr-only(2), ip6-fragment(3), tunnels like ip4-over-ip4(4) or gre-ip4-over-ip4(9), MPLS label cases (14 to 16), ip-unused(13) for non-IP data, or any(17). It tells the switch how to parse the packet before applying the offsets.
