What is zxAnUapsSlavePortTxOptShutdown?
When enabled, the secondary (slave) port's optical transmitter is shut down while it isn't the active working path; disabled by default. Enable this on optical uplinks to avoid transmitting on an idle backup fiber, which some designs use as a safety or power-saving measure.
