What is zxAnUapsNextHopIp?
The next-hop IP address UAPS pings/checks to validate upstream reachability; only IPv4 is currently supported, and a value of 0.0.0.0 disables this next-hop link check entirely. Configure a real next-hop address if you want UAPS to trigger failover based on upstream IP reachability, not just physical link state.
