What is zxAnQosTrafficCapabilities?
A capability bitmask telling a management station which optional QoS traffic features this device supports - discard/color-mode support, an interface-shaping table, color-mode itself, policer-type/coupling settings, and a second-generation shaping table - so the manager knows in advance which related objects it can safely configure. The MIB explicitly recommends not surfacing this object directly in the NMS UI.
