What is zxAnOtdrTestParamPrfPulseWidth?
Sets the OTDR test pulse width in nanoseconds for pulseMethod tests; '0' means unconfigured, values under 200000 map directly to an integer pulse width, and values above 200000 map to sub-nanosecond widths (e.g. 200001 means 2.5ns). Shorter pulses give finer event resolution near the OTDR but less reach; admins trade this off against zxAnOtdrTestParamPrfDistance.
