This object is a read-create RowStatus controlling creation and deletion of rows that associate a smartgroup interface with an LST group; a manager sets it to createAndGo(4) to add the association and to destroy(6) to remove it, while a query on this object always returns 1. Administrators use it to bind a specific link-aggregation (smartgroup) interface, indexed by LST group index and ifIndex, into the group's monitored membership. For example, an NMS would set this to createAndGo(4) to add a smartgroup uplink interface into LST group 1's tracked set.
