Description: Setting this object to 'invalid' causes the information for that entry to become invalidated. Calls using the authentication information from an invalidated entry will not be accepted or initiated. This allows an entry to be temporarily disabled without deleting it from the table.
What is pppAuthStatus?
Setting this to invalid(2) temporarily disables an authentication entry - calls relying on it will be rejected or not initiated - without deleting the row, giving an admin a quick way to suspend a set of credentials and later restore them to valid(1), the default.
